Consultant Applications Open, Now!

Thinking about applying to become a leadership consultant? My best advice is: DO IT. Take the chance, even if you’re scared, trust me, it is so worth it!

Being a leadership Consultant is not just a job,; it pushes you out of your comfort zone, it's an opportunity to empower women all over the country, to meet and work with exceptional Zetas who turn into your consultant sisters, to travel and experience new things, to watch and help chapters grow and strive for greatness in their own unique ways, and to become a mentor and an influence on young women.

It's the best thing you can do with your post-graduation year.

I can honestly say that Zeta Tau Alpha and what our organization stands for has truly changed me for the better and molded me into the woman I am today. I joined ZTA as a freshman, looking for something to do besides go to class and make some friends on a campus where I knew no one.

Zeta Upsilon Chapter Sisters

I had no idea then what I would get out of this experience. I made friendships with the girls in my chapter, friendships that truly turned into sisterhood, I got involved through committees, service projects and philanthropy events, I took advantage of leadership opportunities; and above all I fell in love with Zeta.

Because of Zeta, I went on to join and lead other clubs and societies at my university and I can honestly say, ZTA was the most in-depth and rewarding organization I had the pleasure of being a part of.

2017-2018 Leadership Consultants

As graduation approached my last year of college I knew I owed so much to our Fraternity. My academics improved, my leadership style was crafted through countless programs and conferences I attended as a Zeta and above all I had confidence in myself.

I loved working with the women in my chapter and so when Leadership Consultant applications came out; this job seemed like the perfect way to give back to ZTA and to continue “the building up of a nobler and purer womanhood in the world”.

Consultants at National Leadership Conference

During Consultant Training this summer a National Officer explained to us that “we are so very lucky that we get to do this job, we get to have this experience” and she could not have been more right. It’s an honor getting to serve the Fraternity and I encourage you to apply and have the experience of a lifetime!
